The prices and the selection at ENCORE are great. When I had a problem they corrected it right away. I became the ordering person for my company a year ago and I continue to save my company money.

I found my experience very swift and informative. The salesman directed me to right product for archival DVD's and CD's. The price was very fair, I bought in bulk. The one store in Charlotee, NC that carried this product and introduced it to me had closed.
