Our engineering manager gave me a po req for a Verity Meteor SD Duplicator. He also attached a specific warranty request to the order. I called Jeff and he said he would have to check with the Verity sales rep and get back to me. Being the skeptical person I am, I wasn't expecting a quick reply. Jeff however, proved me wrong. Not only did he have the specific warranty details that I had requested but he called me back within two hours. Now that's customer service! When the need arises again, I will be sure to keep Encore at the top of the list.
