I came across Encore Data Products while searching online for Glyph hard drives (fantastic HDs). Their price was the best around; however, I've learned the hard way to be skeptical regarding purchasing equipment from a company who has the lowest advertised price. Well, I took a chance and gave them a call. I talked with Jeff, and right away felt like I had been doing business with him for years. Friendly, informative and absent of any high-pressure sales tactics... wow, was that a treat! I placed my order and was told that the item was in stock, and that I would recieve it in 3 to 4 days (Free Shipping). As it turned out, the hard drive that I ordered would be delayed from leaving the factory by one day. Jeff informed me of the situation, and told me that he was upgrading my shipping to overnight (at no additional cost to me), so that I would get it on time. I recieved it directly from the factory (isn't that cool) on day four as promised. This is the kind of company that I want to do business with. I won't hesitate a second to order from them again...
