We needed another back up drive immediately and could not find a quality drive like Avastor in town. I hate to order on -line...but my experience with Encore was great. The site was super easy to navigate. I immediately found the drives I wanted and the descriptions made it easy to select exactly what we needed. Often times, the trouble begins when you try to "make the purchase" but Encore's shopping cart worked flawlessly without me having to re-enter my information a million times. They Shipped immediately ( and free! ) and sent me follow up e-mails with my delivery status. We had the drives in 1 day.
I felt compelled to write this because it is easy to complain about lousy service, but people rarely take the time to mention great service. Encore provided great service! We will be customers for life.
