I just saw the first shipment of LTO-4 tapes hit the warehouse. Currently Maxell part number 183906 is available.
Here is the Ultrim roadmap as shown on the ultrium.com website:
We expect more product available soon from Imation, TDK, Sony and Fujifilm.
