Glyph's GT 062 is a two drive tabletop designed for professional audio and video applications, and supports three drive modes through the use of a rear-panel selector switch: JBOD, Spanning, and RAID 0 (striping). In JBOD mode, the two drives are seen by the computer as two single volumes. In Spanning mode drives are seen as one large volume. When the first drive fills to the limit, data is then written to the second drive. RAID 0 (striping) is designed to increase the performance of the drive system. Drives are seen as one large volume, and the built-in RAID 0 controller distributes the I/O burden by reading and writing data from both drives at the same time. The back panel features four ports for multiple connectivity options - two FW800, one FW400, and one USB2.0. GT 062 comes standard with a three-year warranty that includes an Overnight Advance Replacement warranty in the first year.

PLEASE READ THE MANUAL FIRST! Changing the drive mode with the rear-panel selector switch reconfigures the internal drives and will erase all of the current data on the drive, and require you to re-format the GT 062. Make sure you backup all data before changing the drive mode!

Long before the CD-R was around good ol' audio cassettes could be found in every car. Panasonic offers a variety of DVD-RAM discs for both home and business users. We've seen the Panasonic LM-HB94LU and LM-HB47LU go out the door to many law enforcement agencies and medical imaging centers around the country.
Both of these discs are packed in cartridges but the disc can be removed if necessary.

Currently there are two analog tape companies providing product for the pro analog recording industry in the U.S. RMGI and ATR both have quality products on the market. Currently RMGI has the widest selection of widths and formulations; ATR is currently selling 2" and 1/2" only. Encore Data Products is an RMGI authorized distributor and we ship all around the U.S.; ATR just launched their line and are only selling direct to end-users. While we love selling RMGI it is nice to see more than one brand on the market again! Stability in the tape market is a good thing.
All our RMG tape ships free ground; we have customers around the U.S. who take advantage of this fact since tape can be HEAVY and cost a lot to ship.
You can still find used tape on the market and even some old 3M and Quantegy products out there. If your recording session is important be sure to go with tape good tape; why save a few bucks on such an important part of the recording process...
