Encore Data Products has been in business since August, 2006.  As owner I get inquiries from potential suppliers often; they usually find products we sell that are similar to what their companies manufacture.  I'm amazed at the number of contacts that come in from around the globe; usually via email but sometimes a very long distance phone call.  I'm always interested to see what is out there and how products are presented to us.  The one comment I see the most is "I see your company specializes in....(fill in the blank)."  Encore Data Products specializes in providing all the products we sell to our customers at a fair price with excellent customer service.  We are not just an audio tape dealer, educational dealer or blank media supplier.  Since our catalog is strictly online we have the advantage of being able to add products quickly, often from a customer suggestion.  Since we are not a global corporate entity there is not a 3 week paper trail that has to be documented to make any changes...lucky for our customers and us!

If you call us on the phone during business hours, we answer.  Our company has our products online but so is our address, phone number and email.  Real people, great results.  It is not rocket science but we still work hard to provide our customers with a buying experience that reminds them to return the next time.  

I started this blog quite awhile ago to showcase products, highlight news related to our company & clients and sometimes just to say thanks.  We are very blessed to be a growing company in our "interesting" economic times.
