We Mean Business...a great TV show and something we feel around here at Encore Data Products. I'm a sucker for the business related reality tv shows; not so much the celebrity drama stuff that is on almost as much as the Shamwow! guy. Running a business is the only way to go as far as I'm concerned but it does have it challenges. There are days I envy the guy or girl who can punch out at 5 and forget about work until the next day. But those days are rare.
Let's face it: Times are tough right now in many industries. We see cutbacks in all areas we work in, from schools to hospitals, recording studios and more. Luckily Encore has some wonderful clients and we really do work hard to keep them coming back. Our business picks up new clients every month and we work everyday to keep that trend moving forward.

Car insurance, student loans, attorneys, sports scores, travel...you can find anything online. Encore Data Products does not sell any of the above but we do get a lot of customers who find us online. Our site is pretty simple and easy to navigate; our goal is to let customers find what they need easily and order painlessly when they are ready. One area where we work hard to differentiate ourselves from the competition is customer service. Sometimes people have questions and need a quick response. That is why we have reps available by phone to help; sometimes a phone call is a whole lot easier than an email.
Online search is an excellent tool to get customers to our site; our goal is to keep them coming back with old fashioned customer service. If we don't know the answer we will do our best to find out. Being online also means getting requests from all over the world; I'm always amazed when we get email requests from countries I have to look up on a map.
As for all the generous people who want to split their millions with us if we provide our bank info...please stop. I guess that must work since we still get the sob stories from unlucky souls who need help with their 58 million in cash.
SEM click ads are a huge business; I read Geico.com has a daily budget of almost $250,000! I don't know exactly what the spend but their reps must be selling a boatload of auto insurance every day. Being a bit smaller than Geico or Travelocity we have to keep a close eye on advertising; 250K in a day might cause some calls from our stockholders (if we had any).
