When my husband and I purchased gold archival dvds in order to protect our photos, we found just what we wanted at a reasonable price from Encore Data Products. Unfortunately, our computer was unable to burn onto these particular dvds. Encore Data Products initially gave us some ideas to fix the problem. When nothing worked they promptly refunded our money. No questions asked. Their service was nothing less than amazing and very much appreciated! So many websites treat you like a number with a $ sign next to it. Encore Data Products made you feel like they would do anything for you and really meant it!
