Payments, Promos & PO's FAQ

We accept Purchase Orders from schools, districts, libraries, government agencies, universities and some medical organizations. Purchase Orders can be emailed to [email protected] or faxed to 303-482-1142. A fully executed (signed and dated) is required before products can be shipped. Please contact our Customer Service Specialists at 866-926-1669 or email them at [email protected] if you have any questions about Purchase Order submission.

All purchase orders must include:

- Company/organization name
- Purchase order reference number
- Contact name
- Contact phone number
- Contact email address billing address
- Shipping to address and hours of operation
- Item number/name, unit price, quantity and total price

Encore Data Products accepts  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, P-Cards, ACH and PayPal. We also accept checks and wire transfers for prepaid orders; please contact our Customer Service Specialists toll-free at 866-926-1669 or email them at [email protected] if you prefer check or wire transfer payment. All checks must clear prior to shipment. Wire transfers do incur a wire transfer fee.

Encore Data Products, Inc. uses 128-bit encryption technology via our secure servers for a safe shopping experience. We are Hacker Safe Certified and maintain strict guidelines for the protection of our client's payment information and data.

Encore Data Products collects sales tax for orders shipping in the State of Colorado and any state in which Encore Data Products, Inc. is registered. Quotes will reflect sales tax in states where sales tax is applicable. Please indicate if you have a  current tax-exempt certificate -- our Customer Service Specialists will contact you prior to removing the applicable sales tax.

If you have an active Coupon Code that you received from an email, at a trade show, or from our website, you will have the option to input that Coupon Code during the Checkout process. Once an active Coupon Code is input, the promotion will be reflected in your order and purchase total. Please check Coupon Code expiration dates as they typically expire within 1-3 months.

Promotional Coupon Codes are typically advertised via Encore Data Products emails/newsletters, social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn), industry trade show exhibits, and on our website. Coupon Code offers range from special price discounts to gift with purchase and usually have an expiration date within 30-90 days. Minimum purchase amounts sometimes apply.

If you're hoping to utilize a promotional coupon code for a large purchase that can't be completed until after the Coupon code expiration date, contact an Encore Data Products Customer Service Specialist at 866-926-1669 or [email protected] to request a Coupon Code extension or request a formal Quote that includes the promotional offer and extends the expiration date.
