I needed some 9.4GB DVD-RAM disks. We had been using Maxell disks but found that they had been discontinued when I tried to order more. I had a recommendation to use a Panasonic replacement, but couldn't locate any locally. I found them on the Encore Data Products web site. I also needed some HP ultrium tape cartridges, which were also listed on the web site. Prices listed were competitive with what I had been paying. Instead of ordering via the web site, I placed a phone call, 1. to verify the product was not a socalled "equivalent" and 2. to inquire how to use my company credit card to make the purchase. I placed the order at that time and received the products several days later. All was exactly as advertized, at a fair price and at a very reasonable delivery time.
