Shipping & Delivery FAQ
We offer FREE Shipping on most Ground orders of $49.99 or more to the lower 48 states. Orders under $49.99 will be charged $8.95. We can also provide shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and offer some international deliveries -- FREE Shipping option is not available for these orders and shipping will be quoted prior to purchase. Our carriers include UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL. Nearly 99% of orders ship the same day as ordered and are delivered within 1-4 days when shipping within the continental U.S. Additional time is required for ground shipments to Alaska and Hawaii -- Next Day and 2nd Day are the fastest method for these locations.
Some oversized and heavy items that require delivery by trucked freight freight to your facility include shipping in the published price on our website. Additional charges for Liftgate or Inside Delivery may apply -- please contact us if you require for quotes for these delivery options. In most cases, trucked freight orders can be delivered in the lower 48 states -- please call for delivery options outside of the lower 48 states. Need your products faster? You can inquire about expedited delivery options such as Next Day and 2nd Day. Standard freight charges apply for all Next Day and 2nd Day orders. Overnight or expedited shipping charges are based on shipments weighing less than ten pounds. If the shipment is heavier than 10 pounds, then additional charges may apply. Encore Data Products will contact you prior to purchase if additional shipping charges apply.
Encore Data Products does ship some products internationally -- please contact us regarding which products you're hoping to ship internationally. All orders shipped outside of the 50 United States require prepayment via wire transfer. There's a $500 minimum for international shipments.
