Online ordering is available 24 hours a day.
Phone hours: M-F 9AM to 5PM Mountain Time.

MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT

We do not have a minimum order amount for orders on most items.

DELIVERY AREA, SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIME

We ship within the 50 United States and offer some international deliveries*. Our carriers include Federal Express, UPS & DHL. 99% of orders ship the same day you place them with us and are delivered in 1-4 days within the continental U.S. Alaska and Hawaii will take a longer for ground shipments; Next Day and 2nd Day are the fastest method for these states. The FREE ground option is not valid for AK and HI orders. All AK & HI orders are subject to actual freight costs; we will contact you with a charger prior to shipping.

Some heavy items require shipping by a trucking service; these items will have freight charges added to your order prior to checkout. We will confirm the delivery requirements such as tailgate delivery prior to shipping.
*INTERNATIONAL Shipping Information: We offer some items for export in our International Section. We work with iGlobal Stores for order processing, freight calculation, duties, etc.

SHIPPING RATES AND OPTIONS

We ship FREE GROUND for most ground orders over $49.99 to the lower 48 states. Some oversized/heavy items require delivery by truck; freight costs are included in the price you see. Truck orders can be delivered in the lower 48 states only in most instances. Please call for delivery options outside of those states. 

Other delivery options include 2 Day and Next Day Saver. Standard freight charges apply for all Next Day and 2nd Day orders.

SALES TAX

Encore Data Products, Inc. collects sales tax for orders shipping in the State of Colorado and any state in which Encore Data Products, Inc. is registered. If you have a current exempt certificate, please note that on your order. We will contact you prior to removing the applicable sales tax.

PAYMENT

Encore Data Products, Inc. accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. We also accept checks and wire transfers for prepaid orders; please contact us if you prefer one these methods. All checks must clear prior to shipment. Wire transfers incur a wire transfer fee.

Purchase Orders: We accept purchase orders from government agencies, universities and some medical organizations. A faxed or PDF copy of the official PO is required prior to shipment. Please call us at 866-926-1669 if you have any questions.

DISCLAIMER

All prices are updated to reflect any changes. All price and site information is subject to change without notice. We strive to verify all information is correct but Encore Data Products is not liable for any inadvertent pricing or product description errors.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION

For your protection, we will ship to the billing address of the credit card provided OR to an alternate address on file with your card issuer. Please contact us if you have any questions or special circumstances.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/WARRANTIES

Your satisfaction is our top goal. If you have any problems or questions with your order please contact us. We will do our best to exceed your expectations.

Returns on non-defective unopened items are accepted within 30 days of purchase & are subject to a 15% restock fee.

Returns on Defective items are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that all returns require a Return Authorization (RA) Number prior to returning. The RA will include the warehouse address and instructions. We ship from multiple warehouses and do not process returned items in our corporate office. To obtain an RA Number, or inquire about lost/damaged shipments or manufacturer's defects, please email our returns department at sales@encoredataproducts.com. Returned items freight costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is for a defective item.

All authorized returns require the following:
- All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.). 
- Original packaging in new and unopened condition.
- RA number printed on outside of shipping carton.

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES

Some of the products sold by Encore Data Products, Inc. include manufacturers warranties that require any product returns and/or exchanges be handled directly by the manufacturer.

We will let you know if your product return would require manufacturer contact prior to issuing an RA; we will do our best to handle all returns directly if at all possible.

Encore Data Products does not warranty any products. Any warranties provided are provided the manufacturer. Encore Data Products liability, if any, for negligence or otherwise, is limited to the return of goods sold and refund of purchase price.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

While rare, there are occasions when the freight carrier loses a package or delivers a damaged box. If you received a damaged shipment, or if your order becomes lost, please contact us immediately. We will work to correct the situation promptly.

Encore Data Products, Inc. respects your privacy. We do not distribute your information with third parties without your consent. Our shopping cart uses secure server encryption for protection from outside parties.
When ordering with Encore Data Products we add you to our customer email list for future contacts regarding your order and upcoming specials. If you prefer not to receive future emails you can easily opt out from any future mail or send us a note to marketing@encoredataproducts.com.
