We had a power supply go bad on a 5 Drive SATA. I called the manufacturer and within 4 days I had a replacement. i then mailed the bad 5 drive. It's all good now.

Encore Data Products is a wonderful company. Amazing customer service. Competitive pricing. And they tend to have lots sales and deals! (Which as a consumer is a bonus!) I hope to purchase from them again in the future. (As long as there are more sales and deals!)
