I recently purchased several audio-visual carts for our institution and was very pleased with the level of customer service I received during the process. I had a question regarding our tax-exemption status as it applied to our purchase and so I called the customer support line. I made one phone call which was answered, by a PERSON, immediately and was given very strightforward answers to all my questions. I even recieved a follow up from the individual helping me after I had faxed some information to him. This was only two days ago so I have not yet recieved the product I ordered, but based on the level of service I have received thus far, I will absolutely be a future customer.
