The Customer Service department at Encore Data Products was AMAZING. They delivered the item we ordered in a timely matter and when we received a piece broken (due to the delivery person), Encore Data Products rushed us a replacement piece. They were great and we look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I found my experience very swift and informative. The salesman directed me to right product for archival DVD's and CD's. The price was very fair, I bought in bulk. The one store in Charlotee, NC that carried this product and introduced it to me had closed.
